1. General Terms

By using HellPoint, CS2RU, CS2RU - LFG, Living Tribunal, THE FINALS, The Finals RU | PRIVATES, or THE FINALS TWITCH, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the related application, commands, web pages, or connected features.

2. Service Purpose

The applications provide features for Discord communities: commands, profiles, game and entertainment mechanics, player search, moderation, event support, private rooms, statistics, tickets, and other server tools.

3. Usage Rules

• You may not use the applications for spam, harmful actions, or bypassing Discord or server rules.
• You may not attempt to disrupt the bots, website, database, or connected integrations.
• You are responsible for the content you submit through commands, forms, tickets, and other features.
• Administration may restrict access to features if Discord rules, server rules, or these terms are violated.

4. Availability and Changes

Features may be changed, temporarily disabled, or removed without prior notice. We try to keep the services stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature.

5. Liability

The applications are provided "as is". We are not responsible for indirect losses, data loss, Discord downtime, external API failures, or actions of users and server administrators.
